Liquid Distributors
We developed high-performance liquid distributors with attributes to maximize packed tower performance; the liquid distributor provides a sufficient gas passage create to avoid a high-pressure drop or liquid entrainment. The packed tower design is based on the fundamental concept of equal liquid or gas superficial velocity across the column.

The pressure drop across to packing provides force for the upward packing flowing gas to become uniformly distributed. The liquid to as down the packed bed by gravity and unlike a gas, the liquid has poor cross mixing tendencies. The distributor is internally installed above-packed bed, which perform the job of providing a finite liquid distribution or the packed bed/column.
Liquid Collector

It collects liquid from distributor above the bed and feeds to the Re-distributor. Supported by support-ring which is directly welded to the column walls. The pressure drop is negligible.
Collector trays are used to collect liquid which resides in between the packed beds (or tray transition).
Type of liquid collector tray:
1. Chimney Collector Tray:
Chimney collector tray is designed to overcome the issue of stream distribution or draw off a liquid feed with the liquid to the column before introducing the mixture liquid above the packed bed.
2. Lamella vane type:
The function of the collector is to collect liquid from the above-packed bed and directed to annular trough.
Packing Support

The primary purpose of the support plates is to support the Structured / Random packing and operate the “liquid hold up” in packed beds. It serves distribution to both streams. Its optimum design must provide a maximum open area and minimal pressure drop across the system.

All support plates rest directly on ring support or if required can be clamped to the ring support.

Sheet metal:
Sheet metal structured packing is a type of engineered packing made from corrugated metal sheets arranged in a uniform pattern. It is installed in mass transfer columns (like distillation or absorption towers) to improve contact between liquid and vapor phases, thereby enhancing separation efficiency.
Wire mesh:
Wire mesh structured packing is patterned by the woven wire mesh to provide a high surface area. For the separation of the closed boiling mixture, a large number of separators are required.​ widely applicable to solvent recovery plants, fertilizer, and multi-purpose distillation units.
Heat Exchanger
We manufacture shell and tube type heat exchanger in a wide range of size and in different materials (as per requirement) fabricated as per TEMA / ASME standard codes or as per consumer requirement and specifications.

The Heat Exchanger is carefully inspected throughout the water spray test, flashlight and mirror test and different techniques.
