Packing support
A support plate is a critical internal component in packed towers, designed to hold and support the random or structured packing inside the column while allowing for free flow of gases and liquids.
The support plate ensures efficient mass transfer, extended packing life, and reliable operation in absorption, distillation, scrubbing, and stripping processes across the chemical, petrochemical, and environmental industries.
For effective and efficient performance of packing, whether random or structured some more internals is needed. We are manufacturing and supplying efficient and economic internals.
Structured packing grid support
The open grid type support allows free and uniform passage of the liquid and vapour so the capacity is not limited. For smaller diameter columns the support rest on lugs. While for all other diameters rests on a 360ᴼ Support rings. Support all sheet metal or gauze packing.

For large-diameter and heavy distillation columns, the support is available.
